Abstract

The purpose of this study is to inform impact Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROA) to Stock Price. The research does in range of time less of one year, in order to research design that used is time interest earned. This research that used to sampling technique time series The research is used descriptive approach and verificative with explanatory research and data analysis technique that used multiple linear regression. The results of this study is Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return On Asset (ROA) has impact is significant to Stock Price. The differences is decided in independent variable object, and reaserch method. Population and research sample, research period, measure instrument and research result, and source of theory and international journal and international book.

Abstract

This research to find out the electronic commerce description of the success of the textile area business.This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross sectional method. This study uses a verification approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 76 respondents as samples used saturated samples. The research questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. The research findings is Electronic commerce has a significant effect on business success. The differences are found in independent variables, objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, as well as theoretical sources and foreign journals and books.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand organizational communication and work stress on employee performance. The method used is an explanatory survey, and a population of 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 16.0, the questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Important employee performance by organizational communication but not significant and employee performance interests by positive and significant. Organizational communication and work stress are used to improve employee performance. This study was used to describe the influence of organizational communication, work stress on the performance of employees in production employees of PT. Indolakto. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is employees of PT. Indolakto Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are organizational communication and work stress, and the dependent variable is employee performance

Abstract

The pupose of this paper is to find out influence social work environment and incentives against employee morale. The design of the research is a cross-sectional design. This research use descriptive and verificative approach with survey method. A total of 84 respondents were chosen as a simple random sampling. A survey questionnaire was used as research instrument to collect the data from respondents. Data analisys techniquesused in this research is multiple linier regression. The environmental impact of social work and incentives on employee morale tourism industry. The paper provides a basis to understand the issues of employ morale, incentivess and social work enviromental of tourism industrial. The difference of this study with previous research on objects that are used , the variable used , supporting the theory as well as the different references used by previous researchers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how much influence the reward system for performance, work discipline on performance and reward systems and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with saturated sample technique and the number of respondents is 71 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of the study on testing the hypothesis are known that reward systems and work discipline affect employee performance simultaneously. Differences found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial motivastion at student grade XII in SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The student  analysis unit is 167  people . Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution. The result showed that entrepreneurial environment is in average category and  entrepreneurial motivation is in average category. The differences in this study located on an object research, time research, a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study
